I am sending you a brief not to make you aware of the quality of service I have received for the past 4 years since I got my RDX there. Our family had never owned an Acura before and when it was time to buy my new car my husband and I went to a different dealership to buy the car that I knew I wanted. The selling staff there was very rude and we promptly left the dealership without a car. That afternoon we went to Jerry Damson, where Daniel was a pleasure to work with and I left with my RDX a car that I love!
Richard has been the person that I interact when I take my car in for service, and he has been great! His attitude is always incredibly helpful and tries really hard to make sure that everything is perfect when I go to pick up my car. A problem with the AC was found when we took the car to be checked; Richard worked very well with us, keeping us informed of the status of the car. He has been so good to us, we have never taken that car anywhere else, during the AC repair problem we were allowed to use a TSX (something arranged by Richard, maybe with a little help from Daniel, who we contacted to let him know that we were thinking about buying another Acura), the result is that our family now has 2 Acura’s (mine and a brand new TSX), plus my boys drive 2 Hondas from Jerry Damson.
Your cars are great, but the service (and your great people-Richard and Daniel (Acura) Mike in the Honda side) is what makes us come back! Thanks!
